Rotary Vane Air Compressors
Hydrovane rotary vane air compressors are available in both open and closed format packages and pressure ranges from 6 – 10 bar.
Noise levels as low as 62dBA so suitable for applications where noise pollution is a concern. It also means that these compressors can be located at point of use rather than in dedicated plant rooms.
Reliability is designed into a Hydrovane compressor, all are direct drive meaning no belts or gears to maintain. They have low rotational speeds, reducing stress on the compressor and giving air end life in excess of 100,000 hours.
Available in both fixed and variable speed options, efficiency is a given and with units 4kW and above being fitted with the Pro Controller, ensuring the clients’ individual demands are met. The Pro Controller can display status, has timer control, group fault outputs and the facility to connect to the clients’ BMS.
